That the minutes of the County Council meeting and Committee of the Whole meeting dated March 12, 2026, and the resolutions contained therein, be adopted as presented.

That the Long-Term Care Committee of Management meeting minutes dated March 19, 2026, be adopted as presented and the following resolutions contained therein be endorsed: Tha t report LTCR-CM-0 4 -26 regarding a Long-Term Care Director Update be received for information; and That report LTCR-CM-05-26 regarding the Long-Term Care Operational Report dated December 15, 2025, to February 14, 2026, be received for information; and Tha t report LTCR- CM- 0 6 -24 titled 202 5 Long-Term Care Write Off of Uncollectible Accounts be received ; and Tha t the recommended write offs in the amount of $ 0 a s outlined in the report be approved; and Tha t report LTCR-CM-07-26, Nurse Call Replacement System for Grey Gables and Lee Manor be received ; and Tha t staff be directed to revise the budget to an upset limit of $300,000 for Grey Gables and $595,000 for Lee Manor for the Nurse Call Replacement system ; and That funding of 2026 capital project s for GGG-019 Parking Lot Replacement ($490, 9 00) and LLL-041 Replacement of Air Make-Up System ($424,000) be used in order to fund the Nurse Call Replacement System; and That staff be directed to proceed with a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the nurse call system replacement for Grey Gables and Lee Manor, with results to be reported back for approval; and Tha t report LTCR-CM-08-26 regarding the Single Sourcing of Beds, and Whirlpool Tubs for Grey Gables and Lee Manor be received; and Tha t Council supports the single source procurement of whirlp
