That the Joint Council proceed into closed session pursuant to Section 239 (2)h of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, to discuss: i. information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board by Canada, a province, or territory or a Crown agency of any of them (governance matters with respect to the Grey Bruce Health Unit)

That the Special Joint Council adopts the content of the agenda as presented and Grey County Procedural By-law 5134-22 to govern the procedure of its November 27, 2025 joint meeting of the County of Bruce and County of Grey; and That Grey County Warden Andrea Matrosovs is appointed chair of this meeting and quorum shall be determined by 50% plus one of the members of Bruce and Grey County Councils combined; and That votes taken be determined by a simple majority vote.
