That report CSR-CS-19-26 regarding the Garafraxa Non-Profit Homes Emergen cy Repairs Funding Request be received; and That an unbudgeted amount of $125,000 be provided to Garafraxa Non-Profit Homes Inc. ; and That the unbudgeted expenditure be funded by $ 75,000 from the Non - Profit General Reserve and $ 50,000 from Canada Ontario Community Housing Initiative (COCHI); and That action be taken prior to Council approval, as per Section 26.6 (b) of the Procedural By-law.
