That report EDTC- PEDAC - 15 -23 regarding the Economic Development, Tourism and Culture Master Plan Preface be received; and That the strategic themes of the Economic Development, Tourism and Culture Master Plan be endorsed ; and That the draft Economic Development, Tourism and Culture Master Plan be brought forward to Committee of the Whole for consideration; and That any action items be included in the 2024 budget for consideration for implementation to begin in January 2024 .
