That the Long Term Care Redevelopment Planning Task Force minutes dated March 26, 2025 be adopted as presented and the following resolution contained therein be endorsed: That Report CAOR-RP-02-25 be received; and That Grey County commit to providing an initial financial contribution to West Grey for an upset limit of $1.7 million (excluding HST) over the next two years to allow the project to proceed; and That based on the project tender results, an updated cost sharing agreement between the Municipality of West Grey and Grey County be prepared for the South Street East project and brought back for Council’s consideration.
