That the September 14, 2023, Council minutes be adopted as presented and that the September 14, 2023, Committee of the Whole minutes be adopted as amended to correct the movers of motion CW129-23 to Councillors Greig and Eccles and by inserting "$696,061 or 3.46% increase to payroll" into clause three.

That the minutes of the closed Committee of the Whole meeting dated September 14, 2023, and the resolutions contained therein, be adopted as provided.

That the minutes of the Long-Term Care Committee of Management meeting dated September 12, 2023, and the resolutions contained therein, be adopted as presented; and That the following resolutions contained therein be endorsed: That report LTCR-CM-16-23 regarding a Long-Term Care Director Update be received for information. That report LTCR-CM-17-23 regarding the LTC Operational Report from June 15-August 14, 2023, be received for information. That report LTCR-CM-18-23 regarding naming of resident home areas and common rooms for the Rockwood Terrace redevelopment be received; and That the resident home area and common room names for the Rockwood Terrace redevelopment outlined in report LTCR-CM-18-23 be endorsed.
