That the minutes of the Long-Term Care Committee of Management meeting dated July 23, 2024, be adopted as presented; and That the following resolutions contained therein be endorsed: That report LTC-CM-12-24 regarding a Long-Term Care Director Update be received for information. That the Long-Term Care Operational Report dated April 15, 2024, to June 14, 2024, be received for information. That report LTCR-CM-14-24 regarding Long-Term Care Health Human Resources Update be received for information. That report CAOR-CM-17-24 Grey Gables HVAC be received; and That staff be directed to complete a retrofit of the ventilation air handler to add an air conditioning coil; and That a report be brought forward to Committee of the Whole regarding the development of a Retrofit Pathway assessment for a portfolio of County buildings including Grey Gables.

That the minutes of the Long-Term Care Redevelopment Planning Task Force meeting dated July 25, 2024, be adopted as presented; and That the following resolutions contained therein be endorsed: That the Long-Term Care Redevelopment Planning Task Force waives the rules of procedure regarding notice and amends the agenda for this date to provide for a 1:00 p.m. meeting start time. That the presentation materials provided by Colliers Project Leaders regarding a project update on the Rockwood Terrace redevelopment be received for information.
