That the question outlined in staff report EDTC-CW-18-23 - Beaver Valley Sustainable Tourism Strategy be divided to consider clauses one and two separately from clauses three and four.

That report EDTC-CW-18-23 regarding the Beaver Valley Sustainable Tourism Strategy be received; and That the Beaver Valley Sustainable Tourism Strategy be adopted as presented.

That the motion be deferred until the MOU is presented to County Council following budget deliberations.

That the pending activity list update dated October 26, 2023, be received for information.

That report EDTC-CW-17-23 regarding the Agricultural Specialist High Skills Major Program be received; and That the Warden and Clerk be authorized to sign the agreement to operate the program at Grey Roots Museum and Archives for a one year term; and That the agreement be signed prior to County Council approval as per Section 26.6 (b) of the Procedural By-law.

That report CCR-CW-13-23 regarding the appointment of an integrity commissioner for Grey County be received; and That a by-law be brought forward appointing Principles Integrity as Grey County’s Integrity Commissioner for a five year term effective January 1, 2024.

That report CCR-CW-19-23 Update to Grey County Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee Membership and Terms of Reference be received; and That the Terms of Reference for the Grey County Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee be amended by increasing the voting membership to a maximum of nine members from a maximum of seven and by adding the City of Owen Sound as a municipal member; and That staff be directed to initiate the recruitment process for the additional members.

That the Grey County Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting minutes dated October 11, 2023, be adopted as presented. That the following resolutions contained therein be endorsed: That the Trails Signage report from the Municipality of West Grey be presented for review and comment. That the Multi-Year Accessibility Plan - 2023-2027 from the Township of Southgate be presented for review and comment. That the Multi-Year Accessibility Draft Plan - 2024-2028 from the Township of Georgian Bluffs be presented for review and comment. That the Integrated Accessibility Standards Policy from the Township of Georgian Bluffs be presented for review and comment. That the Accessible Customer Service Policy from the Township of Georgian Bluffs be presented for review and comment. That the Accessible Municipal Features Map from the County of Grey be presented for review and comment. That Report Robert Steers Playground Equipment Enhancements be received; and That the Grey County Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee (GCJAAC) provide input for consideration for the enhancements. That the correspondence from the City of Owen Sound regarding the Grey County Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee dated September 28, 2023, be received for information.
