That the following resolutions contained therein be endorsed: That Report CAOR-RP-12-23 regarding the selection criteria for general contractors for the Rockwood Terrace redevelopment be received; and That the prequalification selection criteria be supported as outlined in the report; and That staff be directed to proceed and issue the request for pre-qualification prior to County Council approval as per section 26.6 (b) of Procedural By-law 5134-22.
