That the minutes of the County Council meeting and Committee of the Whole meeting dated November 13, 2025, and the resolutions contained therein, be adopted as presented.

That the closed session Committee of the Whole meeting minutes dated November 13, 2025, be adopted as provided.

That the Long-Term Care Committee of Management meeting minutes dated November 12, 2025, be adopted as presented and the following resolutions contained therein be endorsed: Tha t report LTCR-CM- 24 -25 regarding a Long-Term Care Director Update be received for information; and That Report LTCR-CM- 2 5 -25 regarding the Long-Term Care Operational Report dated A ugust 1 5 to October 14, 2025 , be received for information; and Tha t report LTCR-CM- 2 6 -2 5 regarding the proposed 202 6 Lon g - Term Care budget be received; and Th at the 202 6 proposed Long-Term Care budget, as presented, be forwarded to County Council as part of the overall corporate budget package for consideration.

That By-laws 5257-25, 5258-25, 5259-25, 5260-25, and 5261-25 be introduced and be taken as read a first, second and third time, finally passed, signed by the Warden and the Clerk, sealed with the seal of the Corporation and engrossed in the by-law book. 5257-25 - A By-law to authorize the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Corporation of the County of Grey, the Municipality of Grey Highlands and Brightshores Health System 5258-25 - A By-law for an Agreement between the Federation of Canadian Municipalities and Grey County Through the Local Leadership for Climate Adaptation Program 5259-25 - A By-law to authorize the Warden and Clerk to execute an agreement between the Lutheran Social Services and Lutheran Outreach Ministries and the Corporation of the County of Grey for provision of funds through the Canada Ontario Community Housing Initiative (COCHI) 5260-25 - A By-law to confirm all actions and proceedings of the Council 5261-25 - A By-law to approve a Delegation of Duties Policy

That the Long-Term Care Committee of Management meeting minutes dated November 12, 2025, be adopted as presented and the following resolutions contained therein be endorsed: i. That report LTCR-CM-24-25 regarding a Long-Term Care Director Update be received for information; and ii. That Report LTCR-CM-25-25 regarding the Long-Term Care Operational Report dated August 15 to October 14, 2025, be received for information; and iii. That report LTCR-CM-26-25 regarding the proposed 2026 Long-Term Care budget be received; and iv. That the 2026 proposed Long-Term Care budget, as presented, be forwarded to County Council as part of the overall corporate budget package for consideration.
