That the following Consent Agenda items be received; and That staff be authorized to take the actions necessary to give effect to the recommendations in the staff reports; and That the correspondence be supported or received for information as recommended in the consent agenda.

That Report CCR-CW-03-26 regarding an update to the Election Protocol for Members of Grey County Council Policy be received and the policy be endorsed.

That report FR-CW-08-26 regarding 2026 property tax policy be received; and That County Council reduce the tax ratio for the multi-residential property tax class from 1.110300 to 1.000000 which is the final one-quarter of the movement required to equalize the treatment of all residential classes; and That County Council adopt all other 2026 tax ratios and sub class reductions for 2026 taxation; and That the necessary By-laws be drafted for Council’s consideration and approval.

t report CAOR-CW-12-26 regarding the Annual Status Report on the County Strategic Plan be received for information.

t report PDR-CW- 16 -2 6 regarding the Ontario Land Tribunal file list, be received for information purposes.

That the required notice be waived in order to consider a motion on councillor attendance at the upcoming FCM Conference.

That Council support Councillor Boddy and Councillor McQueen's attendance at the FCM Conference in Edmonton in 2026 as their second conference.

That report CAOR-CW-12-26 regarding the Annual Status Report on the County Strategic Plan be received for information.

That report PDR-CW-16-26 regarding the Ontario Land Tribunal file list, be received for information purposes.
