Post-Meeting Minutes - GCJAAC_Jul18_2024 - English.pdf That the minutes of the Grey County Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting dated July 18, 2024, be adopted as presented; and That the following resolutions contained therein be endorsed: That in consideration of the staff report regarding the Riverside Park redesign project from the Municipality of West Grey, the Grey County Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee receives the report for review and comment. That in consideration of the staff report regarding the Inglis Falls Washroom Accessibility Upgrade from the Grey Sauble Conservation Authority, the Grey County Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee receives the report for review and comment. That in consideration of the verbal presentation regarding the 1049 4th Avenue East barrier-free on-street parking request from the City of Owen Sound, the Grey County Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee receives the report for review and comment. That Report CCR-JAAC-10-24 Conventional Transit Accessibility Plan Review be received; and That the Conventional Transit Accessibility Plan be endorsed as presented; and T

That report CAOR-CW-18-24 regarding court security and prisoner transportation be received; and That staff be directed to prepare an agreement that would provide to the City of Owen Sound the difference between the city’s net Court Security and Prisoner Transport costs and the provincial CTSP grant; and That the funding be included in the annual county budget commencing January 1, 2025, and annually thereafter.

That the report CAOR-CW-16-24 Climate Change Initiatives Update be received for information.

That report FR-CW-27-24 regarding the quarterly purchasing report for Quarter 2 of 2024 be received for information.
