That the minutes of the County Council meeting and Committee of the Whole meeting dated March 14, 2024, and the resolutions contained therein, be adopted as presented.

That the closed session minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting dated March 14, 2024, and the resolutions contained therein, be adopted as provided.

That the minutes of the Long-Term Care Committee of Management meeting dated March 12, 2024, be adopted as presented; and That the following resolutions contained therein be endorsed: That report LTCR-CM-04-24 regarding a Long-Term Care Director Update be received for information. That the Long-Term Care Operational Report LTCR-CM-05-24 dated December 15, 2023 to February 14, 2024, be received for information. That report LTCR-CM-06-24 titled 2023 Long-Term Care Write Off of Uncollectible Accounts be received; and That the recommended write offs in the amount of $14,889.00 as outlined in the report be approved.

That the minutes of the CAO Performance Evaluation Committee meeting dated March 13, 2024, be adopted as presented; and That the following resolutions contained therein be endorsed: That report CAOR-CAO-08-24 SMT 2024 Workplans and County Strategic Plan be received for information.

That the Grey Bruce Public Health Board of Health minutes dated January 26 and February 2, 2024, be received for information.

That By-law 5181-24 be introduced and be taken as read a first, second and third time, finally passed, signed by the Warden and the Clerk, sealed with the seal of the Corporation and engrossed in the by-law book. 5181-24 - A By-law to Authorize the Disposition of Certain Lands in the City of Owen Sound, as described in Schedule ‘A’
