Therefore Be It Resolved That on the adoption of the 2026 budget, the Budget and Finance Committee be dissolved.

That the following Consent Agenda items be received; and That staff be authorized to take the actions necessary to give effect to the recommendations in the staff reports; and That the correspondence be supported or received for information as recommended in the consent agenda.

That the minutes Agricultural Advisory Committee meeting minutes dated December 10, 2025, be adopted as presented and the following resolutions contained therein be endorsed: That Report CAOR-AAC-19-25 regarding the Experimental Acres 2025 program outcomes and next steps be received for information.

That the motion be amended to insert an additional clause, being: “and That Grey County write a letter directly to the relevant ministries and relevant MPP's for Simcoe - Grey and Bruce - Grey - Owen Sound urging the Province to continue to support OCIF and annually index the funding support provided to municipalities by the Non-Residential Building Construction Price Index (NRBCPI)."

That the correspondence from the Town of Smith Falls regarding the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund (OCIF) be supported by the County of Grey; and That Grey County write a letter directly to the relevant ministries and relevant MPP's for Simcoe - Grey and Bruce - Grey - Owen Sound urging the Province to continue to support OCIF and annually index the funding support provided to municipalities by the Non-Residential Building Construction Price Index (NRBCPI)."
